Deliveries and returns
We make a charge of £4.50 for all mainland UK deliveries, Our courier service CIYLINK will require a
signature for proof of delivery, please make sure the delivery address you provide is accessible,
as Citylink will only hold Parcels for 4 working days before returning them to us.
We endeavor to deliver within 4 working days. Please allow 7-14 working days for all deliveries outside mainland UK.
Every order is packaged in a
beautiful bonnie baby gift box free of charge, if you would like us to include a hand written card,
just fill in the details at the checkout!

We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied with our product. Delivery charges are non refundable. All UK exchanges are subject to a £4.50 return delivery charge and overseas as itemised in our delivery charges.
