"My daughter’s transitional object is a very soft, but very thin, cashmere blanket. As the months go by she gets more attached to it, not less. Unfortunately her blanket is showing more than a few signs of intensive use. I have been looking around to find a replacement, and opted for this striped cashmere blanket by Bonnie Baby. It arrived in a lovely grey box with a cut-out apple on the top, providing a sneak peak at the super cute blanket inside. The blanket is made of a cashmere/cotton mix that makes it more resistant and machine washable at 30? while still keeping it soft. The colours are sweet and unusual without being eccentric, quite feminine in spite of not being just plain baby pink. The quality is also excellent ? the seams and the borders are a bit more robust, ensuring the blanket will keep its shape even when pulled and dragged along." Michela March 2010

Both of these outfits are excellent quality and super soft. When I had young babies, I adored outfits such as these, but found that I could only source them from France. It is so nice to find a range of understated, luxury and yet practical pieces for babies now originate from this country Ease of Use: The perfect pieces that I received are perfect for nappy changes, with easily accessible little buttons, soft and stretchy enough to slip on and off easily. As an experienced mother of two, I know how valuable these details are. Pros: I love to purchase luxury items for colleagues, friends and relatives who have new babies. I have been turning up at The Portland for years with tiny cashmere outfits that are super soft, luxurious and yet infinitely impractical. The garments from Bonnie Baby resemble couture, exude understated luxury and yet they are so practical ? even their cashmere is machine washable at 30 degrees. It has been said that the label has become the style choice for discerning little ones from Jamie Oliver?s tots, to Gwyneth Paltrow and Crown Prince Christian of Denmark?s progeny and I can see why! Perfect for gifts, occasion wear and for everyday. Cons: I can?t really come up with any cons, apart from the fact that I am not impressed that this label was not around when my poppets were tiny. The website is easy to navigate and has a good range of beautiful cashmere & cotton baby blankets and clothes. There is currently a good sale section too. This is just so Beautiful. The design is simple yet pretty and stylish. The contrasting bows at the corners are a lovely feature. The size is just right - I can swaddle my baby in it, use it single thickness in her pram and its also big enough to double layer it for extra warmth. It is beautifully soft and a good thickness. The quality is excellent. This blanket is so soft and luxurious and certainly comfortable for Lola. Kept Lola snug and warm, and never caused any skin irritation as so soft and gentle on her skin. Easy to wash and iron. I use a cool wash. I even got curry on the corner of the blanket and managed to hand wash it out! At ?79.50 for a blanket for a baby it is a pricey product. That said, it would make a beautiful gift or treat for your baby if you wanted to splash out. I was thrilled to receive it - the gift box is lovely and the blanket is beautiful. I use it very regularly and lots of people have commented on it. We love this blanket and will continue to use and have told lots of people about this superb luxurious blanket. I think the products are really great for gifts especially as they come in a little gift box and they also do matching items. The design of the blanket is lovely and cute I like the little bows on the corners. I think the size of the blanket is a little small it is great for my new baby but feel if it was bigger you could use it longer the shape is good and it is a nice thickness not to thick. The blanket keeps its shape even after it has been washed. I think the blanket is great you can feel and see it is good quality it has been washed a few times and comes up like new. The blanket feels very soft and comfortable for my new baby she sleeps great in her pram with it on. Ellie my 7 year old likes to take it and give it a cuddle when she?s tired. This blanket has caused no irritation and we use it most days unless it?s in the wash. This blanket is easy to look after you can wash it in the machine which you don?t see very often with cashmere. You have to shape it and dry it flat but so easy to do. Great value for money to tell the truth when I got it I would not have paid that amount it?s a bit out of my price range but after using it I would pay the price it is a special gift / treat. Yes I will keep using this blanket and am going to buy the matching hat. I have recommend it to a friend already she was looking to buy a gift. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate, this company produces some lovely products, very original and individual. Great for gifts for a new arrival. The designs and products are unlike any others I have seen and have a real uniqueness about them, if all the products are as soft as the blanket I tested the clothes must also feel beautifully soft also. The blanket design is lovely the extra tags on the corner are great for baby to hold and grasp. Size is very practical, ideal for putting on pram, buggy, car seat, or wrapping your little bundle at home, great for snuggling a new born up in. The fabric is amazingly soft cashmere, it feels great. When I first received it, I wanted to keep putting it to my face and that is exactly what my little baby boy does too, it is so lovely to feel. This is a beautifully soft product and don't doubt that any baby would love to snuggle up under this blanket. The blanket never caused any irritation at all. The blanket is machine washable and easy to launder on a cool wash and iron if needed on a cool temperature. Is this value for money - a difficult question to answer as the material is so beautifully soft and understandably expensive (cashmere). However I don't think I would pay 80 pounds for a small blanket due to my own financial circumstances, but if money was not an issue I would definitely buy more products in this range. I will continue to use it my little one loves the feel of the blanket and so do I. In terms of quality yes I would recommend this product however I believe the price tag would put off most people I know!! "ABSOLUTELY great quality, as soon as i saw this advertised in the magazine i knew i had to have it. I have washed it many many times and its still in fantastic condition. I use the blanket daily and every time im out some one will comment on it and ask where it is from. Ive given your website out so many times you should send customers your business cards to give out to family and friends oh and strangers, i dont mean to go go but honestly EVERY time im out and he has the outfit on or the blanket some one will comment on how lovely it is.
