Returns Information
At Bonnie baby we are happy to both exchange items and refund if you are not satisfied with your order within 28 days of delivery (consistent with current distant selling laws).
Important information
- Fill in the returns/exchange form as necessary. Your order number, name and address are important so please include this.
- All items must be returned via recorded delivery. Bonnie baby Ltd does not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return items must be in the same condition when sent. Complete with all labels and in perfect condition. Bonnie baby Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the goods are not in the original condition. · If your item is faulty Bonnie baby Ltd will refund your postage costs.
- Bonnie baby Ltd does not cover the cost of return delivery.
- When returning an Item for exchanges please include a cheque for the amount of delivery stated on your invoice. This covers the cost of return delivery. Cheques should be made payable to Bonnie baby Ltd.

What happens when you have received my return?
- Bonnie baby Ltd will endeavour to process all returns and exchanges within 4 working days of receipt.
- You will be emailed to inform you of any actions taken.
- Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your bank account.

At Bonnie baby Ltd we make every effort to ensure that your purchase gets to its destination quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.
Bonnie baby Ltd offers the following options.
UK Mainland
Standard delivery - 2-4 working days - £5.50; €7.50; $9
Next working day - £6.95; €9.50; $11.50
Important information
- All deliveries require a signature on arrival. Please make sure the delivery address you provide is accessible, for example a work address.
- We cannot leave your order in a ‘safe place’.
- Bonnie baby Ltd does not deliver on Weekends or Bank holidays.
- If you are not at home at the point of delivery our courier FEDEX will leave a calling card. It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection with the courier. FEDEX hold deliveries for 4 days, it then gets returned to Bonnie baby and a re-delivery charge will be incurred.
- You will receive a dispatch email which will contain a tracking reference, so you can check on the status of your delivery.
Channel Islands
Standard delivery - 2-7 working days - £5.50; €7.50; $9

- All deliveries are made via Royal Mail. A signature is required on arrival. Please make sure the delivery address you provide is accessible.
- We cannot leave your order in a ‘safe place’.
- If you are not at home at the point of delivery ROYAL MAIL will leave a calling card. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection. If the item is returned to Bonnie baby a re-delivery charge will be incurred.
- You will receive a dispatch email which will contain a tracking reference, so you can check on the status of delivery.
International Delivery
1 item - 1-14 working days - £15; €20; $25
2-5 items - 1-14 working days - £20;€25; $32
6 items or above - 1-14 working days - £25; €32.50; $40

- Bonnie baby Ltd do not currently deliver to RUSSIA. This is due to issues with customs control. We are constantly striving to find a solution.
Import Tax
Deliveries destined for countries outside the EU may be subject to an import tax. Bonnie baby Ltd takes no responsibility for these costs.
